Automatic ROPP/screw cap sealing machines for sealing different types of caps like
ROPP/screw and metallic/plastic caps.
· It is very useful machine for cap
sealing of glass, tin, plastic bottles of wine, beer, juice, adhesive,
beverages, cough syrup, pharmaceutical medicines etc.
Features:

Automatic ROPP/screw Cap Sealing Machine is precision built on sturdy welded
frame completely enclosed in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided
to facilitate the servicing of machine, hard chrome plating of all exposed
parts to ensure long life and resistance against corrosion.

container No cap arrangement.
- Single
motor synchronizes conveyor, star wheel, & platform turret.
- Adjustable
height of conveyor belt, to align with other machine of the line.

pressure can be varied to suit different gauges and size of caps.

A/C drives to synchronize, Conveyor, Star wheel and Platform turret &
capping bowl.
Working:
- Bottles/containers are fed into star wheel by moving
conveyor belt. Star wheel align & brings the container below the
sealing head in the subsequent indexing part.
- While moving in star wheel, bottle passes through cap
feeding chute
and pickup a cap from the delivery
chute of cap feeding bowl. Cap feeding bowl is fitted on a vibrator
assembly which continuously supply the caps to the delivery chutes in
specific alignment
- As soon as the body and the neck of the container are
positioned below the rotating head, the pre-adjusted sealing head performs
perfect operation of threading & sealing.
- Sealed containers again left by the star wheel on the
conveyor for further packaging.
