Description:
- The machine’s upper body is fitted over the base table having fixed height.
- Bottle moves up and down by Pneumatic Cylinder provided, gets sealed and comes down
- Machine body made out of casting and MS and stand is a sturdy structure of MS angles.
- All major parts are chrome plated & rest are painted. Full stainless steel GPM model is also available.
- Machine Head height is adjustable according to bottle height
Working:
- Cap is placed over the bottle manually and its placed at the base plate of machine.
- Machine height is adjusted according to the bottle height.
- Now machine is started, the sealing head starts rotating, The digital timer & pneumatic cylinder lift the bottle towards the rotating head.
- As soon as the cap lifts the capping socket, two rollers comes in contact with the cap at the desired location
- One roller seals the cap from bottom and other makes the thread over the caps while moving on the preformed thread of bottle.
- The whole process hardly takes few seconds and the cap get sealed.
