Working:

The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an infeed star wheel through In-feed worm, star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing.

Working:

• Bottles/containers are fed into star wheel by moving conveyor belt. Star wheel align & brings the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part.
• While moving in star wheel, bottle passes through cap feeding chute and pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl. Cap feeding bowl is fitted on a vibrator assembly which continuously supply the caps to the delivery chutes in specific alignment
• As soon as the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, the pre-adjusted sealing head performs perfect operation of threading & sealing.
• Sealed containers again left by the star wheel on the conveyor for further packaging.

• Bottle moves up and down by Pneumatic Cylinder provided, gets sealed and comes down
• Machine body made out of casting and MS and stand is a sturdy structure of MS angles.
• All major parts are chrome plated & rest are painted. Full stainless steel GPM model is also available.
• Machine Head height is adjustable according to bottle height

Working:

• Cap is placed over the bottle manually and its placed at the base plate of machine.
• Machine height is adjusted according to the bottle height.
• Now machine is started, the sealing head starts rotating, The digital timer & pneumatic cylinder lift the bottle towards the rotating head.
• As soon as the cap lifts the capping socket, two rollers comes in contact with the cap at the desired location
• One roller seals the cap from bottom and other makes the thread over the caps while moving on the preformed thread of bottle.
• The whole process hardly takes few seconds and the cap get sealed.
