DESCRIPTION :

The automatic cap sealing machine is suitable for screw capping/sealing of round bottles   with  speed of 50 bottles per minute (maximum). The machine is equipped with  auto cap feeder for continues feeding of cap for online operation on any liquid, powder , paste , granules filling line.

   

OPERATION :

The material feed containers moving on conveyor are feed into an in feed star wheel, Star wheel bring the container below the sealing head, during this bottle automatically. Pick-up cap from delivery chute of Auto cap feeder, Sealing Head perform perfect operation of sealing

Operation:

The bottles filled with product is placed below the capping head & the crown cap is fed directly to magnetic plunger of capping head, when foot switch is pressed the pneumatic piston get actuated & capping is done.

Description
Handheld or Pneumatic Capping offered come in precision designed and sturdy constructed finish so as to perfectly match up with the specific working requirements of the customers. The machine system provides allows for precision tightening of the caps with required set torque limit. Made available in manual machine working mode, it provides only for cap tightening function where the cap is manually placed on bottle mouth and then capper is used by operator for tightening the caps.

Automatic Inline/linear spindle capping machine

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

It is designed for tightening of pre-threaded caps and consists of capping unit, slat conveyor and gripping belt assembly. The filled bottle along with the cap comes on an in-feed conveyor where the cap is tightened by three pairs of rollers while it is held by the gripping belt. The speed of the conveyor and gripping belt is synchronized and can be varied by AC variable drive. The speed of the roller can be varied by a separate AC variable drive. Machine can be provided with the rotary / vibratory feeding system for automatic cap dispensing.
