Automatic single head crown capping Machine

 

DESCRIPTION :

The automatic cap sealing machine is suitable for screw capping/sealing of round bottles   with  speed of 50 bottles per minute (maximum). The machine is equipped with  auto cap feeder for continues feeding of cap for online operation on any liquid, powder , paste , granules filling line.

   

OPERATION :

The material feed containers moving on conveyor are feed into an in feed star wheel, Star wheel bring the container below the sealing head, during this bottle automatically. Pick-up cap from delivery chute of Auto cap feeder, Sealing Head perform perfect operation of sealing
