TRU MARK Enterprises offers Fully Automatic multi head lug cap sealing machines for sealing different types of caps like twist off lug caps  It is very useful machine for capping of various glass jar used for product like jams, sauces, pickle, spreads, mayo, cheese etc

Features:

• The Automatic Lug Cap Sealing Machine is precision built on sturdy welded frame completely enclosed in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine, hard chrome plating of all exposed parts to ensure long life and resistance against corrosion.
• No container No cap arrangement.
• Adjustable height of conveyor belt, to align with other machine of the line.
• Sealing pressure can be varied to suit different gauges and size of caps.

Working:

• Bottles/containers are fed into star wheel by moving conveyor belt. Star wheel align & brings the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part.
• While moving in star wheel, bottle passes through cap feeding chute and pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl. Cap feeding bowl is fitted on a vibrator assembly which continuously supply the caps to the delivery chutes in specific alignment
• As soon as the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head,  the cap is positioned & tighten with reset torque

Manual Pneumatic twist off capper / Lug capping machine

Application:

·  Tru Mark Enterprises offers LUG Capping Machine, Semi-automatic twist off capper is pneumatically operated lug capping machine to fix lug caps on the glass jar. Caps are manually placed on jar & finger tight by operator & fed to machine for perfect capping

Description:

Ø UNIVERSAL:  TRU MARK  Semi auto twist off capper is adjustable to work with any size lug caps(up to 90mm dia) &  any shape glass jar, NO CHANGE PARTS NEEDED

Ø EASY CHANGEOVER: very easy to set for different size/shape & height of  jars & caps, capping length can be set easily, gives uniform capping torque

Ø  EFFICIENT:  with set-able PLC to adjust component timing & synchronizing all operation together

Working:

• The operator places the cap on the glass jar manually & finger tight it, after that feed it below machine capping head
• as per the model is chosen, the operator actuates the machine cycle by the foot switch or by the sensor.
• Top cylinder makes the capping head down pressing the cap on the jar, simultaneously the horizontal cylinder also grips the jar from side to make it stable while capping 
• The capping cylinder or the pneumatic actuator rotates the cap as per preset capping length.
• the capping is done, all cylinder moves to their start position making jar free to remove, The operator remove jar & feed new jar.

Capping length can be preset. all operation sync with small PLC & can be actuated by a foot switch or sensor or microswitch, This model also available without PLC for slow speed requirements

The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an infeed star wheel through In-feed worm, star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the capping head is performing perfect operation of capping as per cap type
