Semi automatic ribbon Printer also known as hot stamp foil coder  adopts thermal printing ribbon to avoid oil contamination, which can keep the surrounding clean. It can be used to print notes such as production date, lot number on the plastic and paper bags, in food and pharmaceutical industries. The words printed are clear and endurable against wear and tear.

The Ribbon printer works based on individual brass made stereos & ribbons, it gives very sharp & smudge free impression on any laminated surface, it can print upto 5 lines, the font size is fixed to 3mm, composing printing matter is play of child by just arranging the alphabets & numeric stereo in order to form words as required. the ribbon is one time use only & hence a consumable

Ribbon printer works best on laminated & coated surface, although it can only print on flat & thin products like, label, pouch, bag, carton etc & can not print on bottle, jar or cap.

Ink Types & Application:

1. Fast dry anti freeze coding ink: Its used with TRUMARK brand date printing machine like Handy stamp (Universal just mark coder), Handy roll on Marker, Table Top Printing Machine (Emcc/Epcc), Automatic Stacker Coder to print on laminated, non porous material like labels or pouch or cartons or caps, jars or any other plastic or paper surface, its anti freese & water proof properties make it usable in printing application in dairy & cold frozen products, it can withstand -18deg temparature
2. Universal anti freeze printing ink: Its having same composition as fast dry anti freeze coding ink but have more stronger dye to suit larger range of surfaces its available with anti freeze properties to withstand up to -30deg temperature
3. Porous liquid inks: Porous inks are water or oil based inks suitable for porous surfaces only like plain paper without lamination or porous corrugated carton etc, these inks are also called as stationery stamp pad inks hence easily available at low cost & have major application n day to day office & industrial us
4. Permanent marker ink: Permanent marker inks are used to mark hard rough surfaces like on metal, plastics using a marker pen or brush, its rigid strong chemical dye makes it suitable for application where one need to mark for lasting long
5. Ink Aid/ Remover /Reducer solvent: Ink Aid also called as Ink remover, or reducer or in general terms just solvent used for diluting above inks or removing already marked impression or to clean a ink cartridge. these are available in large range to suit each marking ink offered by us.

INTRODUCTION:

Tru Mark Handy stamp marker is just an industrial version of our day to day stationery rubber stamp. It is a very low cost tool for home based lowest production needs of say 50 to 100 prints a day, It is also called as UNIVERSAL CODER or JUST MARK CODER.

It is available in different size variants & two type of body: in casted iron body & in metal sheet body. For composing printing matter, it uses rubber stereos, which are of two types:1] grooved stereos 2] flat stereos
