INTRODUCTION
Tru Mark Automatic de-stacker coder are automatic printing machine to print expiry dates, date of manufacturing, date of production, date of expiry, best before date, MRP, maximum retail price, batch no, batch code or any other information For composing printing matter, it uses rubber stereos & uses fast dry liquid or paste ink The machine can be also used a just feeding system for application like inkjet printing marking, sticker labeling, counting etc.

FEATURES:  
  • The Machine has three variants, 1] for label, 2] for cartons, 3] for pouch/label/carton (all in one)
  • The machine can be given ith printing system or just to work as feeding system, with the desired length of conveyor.
  • the machine can feed label, carton or pouch etc at speed of up to 250 per minute

WORKING:
  • Operator need to place the stack of product in magazine or feeding tray of machine, machine feeds the product one by one , and then its carry forward with the chain lock for printing
  • the product then get printed with already aligned printing system to get print at the same location each time
  • further printed product get collected in the collection tray.

    For composing printing matter, it uses metallic stereos 

    The machine uses hot inks rollers for printing which is suitable for porous(example paper) as well as nonporous (pouch, laminated label) both kind of surface.

    WORKING:
    • Operator need to compose the matter using provided metallix stereo & set the  suitable temperature for melting the ink of hot ink roller cartridge
    • guides are adjusted to feed the product inline with print location, print location is also adjusted with delay timers
    • machine automatically feeds the product one by one from the stack of product placed, and print them and collect at other end in the tray provided
