MANUAL BOTTLE RINSING MACHINE

DESCRIPTION

•          Rinsing unit is a 12 jet water fountain used to rinse inside of a bottle.
•          Operator place bottles bottoms up on cups provided with rinsing nozzle and open the valve for water to flow and form water jet inside bottle.
•          It can be up to 12 jet or more on request.
•          Bottle holding cups are provided to avoid chipping of bottle neck.
•          A sink with table and water pump can be provided optional.

ROTARY BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE

DESCRIPTION: -

• Rotary bottle washing machine are widely used by a number of industries for fast and efficient washing, sterilizing and drying of bottles before being filled with solutions, liquid or powders.
• The output and productivity of the machine depends on the technical specifications of the machine can vary from 30-200 bottles per minute.
• The rotary bottle washing machine is compact and highly efficient machine with elegant look. This multi functional multi featured machine meets the GMP requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles.
• The machine operates on the rotary principal with "GENEVA" mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.

OPERATION:-

• The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of rotating platform and are cleared in series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders.
• Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles.
• Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also spraying water when bottle are stopped means ensure saving of water and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.
• Each washing station us controlled by separate solenoid valve. Machine can be supplied in MS is SS body. Machine works on Geneva mechanism and design for minimum maintenance. No contamination of waters because of different washing nozzles. Washing sequence can be interchanged as per requirement.
• Tanks wash of 200 Ltrs. Capacity for fresh / DM water and one tank is provided with heater thermostatic control and hot valve for hot water. Two pumps for pressurized water jet for internal and external cleaning. Top hood bottle platform, nozzles and all contact parts are in SS 304 good quality.

BRUSHING UNIT

Description:

• Brushing unit is a part of the whole bottle brushing and washing machine, which can be bought separately by small scale industries who want to use there own tank.
• The brushing unit is available in 2 & 4 head and can be made with more head as per your requirements.
• The material of the brushing unit is made of SS304, which is suitable for rust free operation.
• Brushes of suitable size can be attached for cleaning which rotates inside the bottle to remove the dirt deposited which can be further flush out using rinsing jet
• Power: 0.5hp 1phase or 3phase.
•  This is plug and play system.

SEMI AUTO 4 HEAD BOTTLE BRUSHING & WASHING MACHINE

Application:

Tru-Mark offers Manual bottle brushing & rinsing machines for washing used & new glass, plastic bottles of     products like cold drinks, flavored milk, juice, wine, beer, sauce etc. It is very useful machine for cleaning the used bottles as well as to rinse the new bottles before use.

Description:

·    Manual brushing &rinsing machine is a GMP stainless steel model consists of three different units as follows

1.  Brushing unit: Available in 2 or 4 heads. Have SS covered body and robust construction. Rotating Chucks are provided to hold the brushes of suitable size for brushing the bottles. This unit is used for brushing inner/outer surface of bottle and clean the dust deposited.

2.   Rinsing unit: each unit is made out of Stainless Steel grade AISI304, consists of 12nos (or more) of SS rinsers/jets . Ball valve is provided for controlling flow of water. Leak proof construction. Whole unit is constructed over a drainage tray to avoid spillage of water out of tank. Rubber corks are provided over rinsing tray to avoid chipping of bottles. After brushing the bottles are placed in bottoms up position on these jets, the strong multi jet flow of water cleans the scrubbed dust and waste from inner bottle surface. Water pump can be provided with piping & fittings for complete solutions.

3. SS tank with sink: Brushing and rinsing units are fitted on the SS tank Waste water is stored or can be drained out by using sink. Partition can be provided for soap water / fresh/used water or hot water. finally bottles are washed in desired water.
