DESCRIPTION: -
- Rotary
bottle washing machine are widely used by a number of industries for fast
and efficient washing, sterilizing and drying of bottles before being
filled with solutions, liquid or powders.
- The
output and productivity of the machine depends on the technical
specifications of the machine can vary from 30-200 bottles per minute.
- The
rotary bottle washing machine is compact and highly efficient machine with
elegant look. This multifunctional multi featured machine meets the GMP
requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles.
- The
machine operates on the rotary principal with "GENEVA" mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.
OPERATION:-
- The
bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of rotating platform
and are cleared in series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders
are provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in
an inverted position in these cup shaped holders.
Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles
- Solenoid
valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also
spraying water when bottle are stopped means ensure saving of water and
sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.
- Each washing station us controlled by separate
solenoid valve. Machine can be supplied in MS is SS body. Machine works on
Geneva mechanism and design for minimum maintenance. No contamination of
waters because of different washing nozzles. Washing sequence can be
interchanged as per requirement.
- Tanks wash of 200 Ltrs. Capacity for fresh / DM water
and one tank is provided with heater thermostatic control and hot valve
for hot water. Two pumps for pressurized water jet for internal and
external cleaning. Top hood bottle platform, nozzles and all contact parts
are in SS 304 good quality.
