Description:
The machine works on volumetric principal and is used to
fill varieties of liquid into various types of containers with precise accuracy
on a continuous conveyor line. The unit shall have provision to fit stainless
steel Syringes. A specially designed synchronized mechanical movement with a
conveyor system (5 ft. long) and a bottle indexing mechanism ensures smooth
running of the machine. A ‘NO BOTTLE NO FILL’ mechanism prevents spillage of
liquid when continuous flow of bottles is not available
Operation:
· Bottle stop mechanism
automatically stop empty bottles on conveyor below filling Head, reciprocating
nozzles goes down words according to filling dose setting to Fill empty
bottles. To Set different fill volume
there is a dosing block in the machine and different fill sizes can set easily
within short time
· For accurate filling setting
machine has A.C. frequency drive for filling head and for conveyor.
