DESCRIPTION:
The semi
automatic Digital liquid filling machine is very compact and lightweight
construction, can be easily moved around. It is easy to operate just plug and
play device.
The machine is suitable for toilet cleaner also as it is made of SS316 contact parts which can take 20-25% of HCL.
OPERATION:
Bottles have to place manually below
the filling nozzles at tray of machine. The filling range can be set from
keypad directly. By giving start command the liquid dispenses from the nozzle.
Once the set volume of liquid has been dispensed, the nozzle shuts off
immediately in positive way and ensures zero dripping.
Level of liquid in Product source tank should be maintain to get fill accuracy, u cab do this by using float valve or level sensor with a small feed tank. We can give such tank with machine at extra cost.

entire range can be set on the same machine without any change parts.
