Semi Auto Lug capping machine is used for capping Lug caps/ Twist off caps for milk bottles, sauce bottles, vinegar bottle , glass bottles having small size lug caps below 43 mm.
Description:
The semi automatic cap sealing machine is suitable for LUG capping/sealing of round bottles with speed of 25 bottles per minute (maximum). The machine is equipped with cam follower system eliminates manual sealing pressure.
Operation:
The material feed containers along with sealing caps one by one put under the sealing head, sealing head automatically complete threading and sealing operation without any manual pressure.
