DESCRIPTION: 

The semi linear weigh Filler machine is a simple to use vibratory feeder based machine for weighing & dispensing granular products like snacks, chips, grains, lentils, whole spices ,oats, dry fruits etc

 

 MACHINE  FEATURES:

· Kinco make PLC HMI based weigh controls & operations

· Coarse & fine weight setting with vibration controlled

·  Inflight delay and check weight features add on to accuracy

· Machine structure in MS powder coated, Contact parts-SS304 ( SS316 can be given on request)

· Sensor controlled On/OFF for  first stage product feeder

·  Multiple vibratory stages ( feeder) can be added

·  Stepper motor driven pan opening/product dumping, hence machine dont require air compressor

·   Plain tray for small granular product and zig zag tray can also be provided for customized application

· Weighing bucket size : 1.6/2.5/3.2/5 liters

· Accuracy : -+-1 % or  1 gram*(depending on product to be filled)

·  Filling range : 10 to 1000 grams or more can be given on request

·  No of Filling head : 1/2/4/6 or as per customer requirement
